Have questions? We have answers:

01. What if I don’t qualify for weight loss injections?

Ultimately, your doctor will determine if you qualify for the desired medication. Your physician will explain why you are or are not qualified. Each of the physicians are trained to work directly with you to evaluate your situation and match the best product to meet your goals.

02. How do I inject weight loss medications?

You will be using the weight loss injections at home. Your doctor, pharmacy or our customer service team will teach you how the injections will be given, plus you will be given an instructional video.

03. What are the potential side effects of weight loss drugs?

Each of the drugs have their own common side effects. As an example, common side effects of GLP-1s include: nausea, abdominal pain, belching, vomiting, constipation, gas and diarrhea All medications, including GLP-1s, can cause side effects that can be mild or serious. This is not a comprehensive list of all

04. What happens when I stop taking the medicine?

People tend to gain weight after stopping their weight loss medication which is why changing your diet and exercise are an important part of your long-term weight loss goals. Your physician can give you more information on how to maintain your weight loss when you stop your medication.

05. How will my dosage be managed and how often will I talk to a doctor?

Your physician will manage the dosage of any prescribed medication. It is important for your doctor to monitor your progress in the medical weight loss program. As part of the program, you will speak to your doctor approximately once every 4 weeks. You will also have access to our customer

06. How long will my medication take to be delivered?

Your physician will write an electronic prescription for your medication. The mail order pharmacy should receive the prescription the same day. Your medication should be delivered no later than 48 business hours after the prescription is received by the pharmacy. The 48-hour delivery is not a guarantee, but almost all

07. How often will my rx be shipped?

This is dependent upon the weight loss treatment prescribed by your physician, but typically every 4 weeks.
