While most orders are approved same day and shipped by the next business day, the process may take longer pending documentation needed during your physician consultation. It is important to monitor your messages frequently and answer any physician requests promptly. Once approved, all orders are shipped within 24 hours for next day delivery. Shipping days are Monday – Thursday. The pharmacy does not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. All orders that are approved during non shipping days will ship out on the following Monday.
UrWay Health does not believe in hidden fees. All prices are all inclusive of the medication, physician consultation, supplies, overnight shipping and full access to our support and clinical teams.

Ultimately, your doctor will determine if you qualify for the requested medication. Your physician will explain why you are or are not qualified.
Your physician will write an electronic prescription for your medication. The mail order pharmacy should receive the prescription the same day. Your medication should be delivered no later than 72 hours after the prescription is received by the pharmacy. The 72-hour delivery is not a guarantee, but almost all medications are delivered within 72 hours or sooner. You will be sent text messages and emails updating the status of your prescription.
This is dependent upon the weight loss treatment prescribed by your physician, but typically every 4 weeks.
No, compounded weight loss medications are not covered by insurance. All services are self-pay and UrWay Health will do their best to work within your monthly budget.
UrWay Health has partnered with US based compounding pharmacies that have been designated by the FDA as 503A compounding pharmacies. These pharmacies are required by state boards of pharmacy to comply with USP (United States Pharmacopeia) and other guidelines. UrWay Health utilizes compounding pharmacies that adhere to applicable federal and state compounding requirements. In addition, our partner pharmacies are LegitScript certified, NAPB accredited and are licensed in any state in which we serve.
