The product must be in new condition and with its original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping the instrument back to us. Regardless of the appearance of the carton, any instrument or accessory received in a damaged condition has occurred while in transit and must be reported at once to the carrier.<\/p><p>If your order was shipped via UPS or FedEx, please contact your local UPS or FedEx office immediately. They will need your name and address, along with our name and shipper ID number. This information appears on the carton label. Please retain the carton, packaging, and damaged contents for UPS inspection. UPS will make arrangements to inspect and return the merchandise to us.
