ARDA-ROC\u2019s mission is to preserve, protect and enhance the timeshare experience for owners through legislative advocacy and educational resources for owners\u2019 use and benefit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
ARDA-ROC is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit that serves as the unified voice of timeshare owners. It promotes their legislative interests at the federal, state, and local levels of government and provides essential educational resources to owners and resort managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Established in 1989, ARDA-ROC was the first organization funded specifically to advocate for timeshare owners and their rights to enjoy what they purchased \u2013 an enriched timeshare experience that is well protected from laws that restrict rights or attempt to increase the cost of ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, ARDA-ROC is recognized as the world\u2019s largest and most established timeshare owner advocacy organization and has achieved an impressive list of victories with the help of passionate timeshare owners across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
ARDA-ROC exists for the benefit of timeshare owners and is generously funded by 1.5+ million owners across the country that voluntarily contribute annually to our efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The support of these owners has allowed ARDA-ROC to expand our offerings over the years to include educational initiatives for timeshare owners and homeowners' associations, such as the launch of Ask ROC!, a timeshare owner resource center staffed by ARDA-ROC team members, and the bi-annual ROC\/TBMA meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
